Do you have a company that needs seed or later stage funding? You may be interested in catching the attention of the North Dallas Investment Group (NDIG).

NDIG was created in response to the need for a capital raising forum in the marketplace for start-up, early stage and middle market companies. Sponsored by Chapman, Hext & Co., P.C., NDIG is a group of Angel Investors who meet and listen to presentations from companies needing capital of $2M or less. There are currently ninety “Accredited Angel Investors” in the group. The enrollment of Angel Investors is growing due to the high quality of Presenter products and their offerings.

Every month NDIG meets to hear from four (4) start-up companies who have been selected to present. Each investor can then decide whether they would like to meet with the companies to explore and invest.

To qualify as a potential presenter, you need a business plan which clearly outlines the following:

• Business model
• Technology
• Management experience and execution ability
• Liquidity event

An NDIG committee selects the presenters each month. The committee looks at a company’s business plan, referral source, uniqueness of technology or barriers to entry and their capital needs. Nominees are required to prepare a 15-minute PowerPoint presentation.
